vsftpd restart ?

Bonjour,

Je viens d'installer vsftpd, le configurer et je cherche a le redemarrer.

Mais voila, la commande :
/etc/init.d/vsftpd restart
me dit qu'il ne trouve pas le fichier de configuration.

Bizarre puisqu'il est par defaut dans /etc/vsftpd.conf

Auriez vous une idee comment aranger cela ?

ps : desole pour les accents mais malgre que je sois en clavier francais, je n'ai pas acces au accents

Hello,

je reviens vers vous pour vous informer que j'ai trouve la commande qui permet de demarrer vsftpd.

Il suffit de taper
/usr/sbin/vsftpd
et normalement ca suffit a demarrer la bete.

Pour le redemarre, je suppose qu'il suffit de le faire deux fois : une pour le couper et une pour le rallumer

Je teste cela et vous tiens au courant.

Par contre, j'ai une erreur au moment du lancement :

unrecogniosed [variable in config file/code] 

Je pense donc que j'ai fait une erreur dans ma config mais je ne vois pas laquelle.

je vous joint mon fichier de conf au cas ou vous verriez ou est l'erreur :

Bonsoir,

je reviens sur le sujet.

J'ai enleve le mode standalone et modifier mon inetd.conf car la ligne concernant vsftpd etait commente.

ftp    stream     tcp     nowait      root     /usr/sbin/tcpd      /usr/sbin/vsftpd


j'ai relance inetd sans soucis, mais voila malgre tout la commande :

sudo /etc/init.d/vsftpd start


me renvoie :

/etc/init.d/vsftpd : command not found


Une idee ?

tu peux tenter whereis vsftpd, pour localiser les executables...
sinon un sudo updatedb puis un locate vsftpd devrait te donner plus d'info.
